Healthy Fried Chicken

The Recipe
2lbs Chicken Legs
2 Eggs beaten
½ cup of almond flour
½ cup of tapioca flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Prep a baking dish lined with aluminum foil. Meanwhile combine all dry ingredients on a shallow dish. Preheat a skillet over medium heat add 2 tbsp of coconut oil. Place chicken in pan and brown for 2 minutes. Place chicken on baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
