Healthy Sherbert

Hey Bikini Girls,
So, last summer I had a jones for some ice cream. I mean I was literally craving ice cream everyday! I tried everything to avoid it, but as you know I have made a declaration eat what I love just in a healthier version. So today I want to share my tropical sherbert recipe with you. It’s light, citrus-y and full of flavor.
Enjoy!
1 whole frozen banana
1-2 cups frozen pineapple
1-2 cups frozen mango
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup evaporated cane juice
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on an ice cream setting. Place in a container and allow to set/freeze ligthly…just enough to get a firm scoop.
